Imitation Cavia　にせキャビア

今夜は久々に会社を早く抜け出して奥さんを外食に誘う。　彼女は、にせキャビアとイカの焼いたのを食べていた。　直径３mmくらいの小麦粉のボールでつくったもので、ポルトガル産でスープに入れて食べるものらしい。
帰り際にシェフに「アレ何だったの？」と尋ねたら「ほら、お茶漬けに入ってるじゃない」と言っていた。　いろんなところからアイデアを持ってくるもんだと関心させられる。　ここは安いけれどとても美味いです。 お試しください。
