毎年イタリアはボローニャで開催されている児童文学や絵本のイベント、Bologna Children’s Book Faire のイラストレーションのコンペに参加しようと思っていました。
10月の締め切りがジリジリと迫ってきていましたが、いつものごとくのんびりと構えていて、応募要項もしっかり読まずにいたら、なんと、「5枚でストーリーが完結している作品」が条件でした。ガーン。
1枚なら、ダッシュで描けばなんとかなるばい！と思っていたら、超汗かきました。
いつもの5倍ダッシュで描いて、本日、ようやく印刷所でプリントアウトしてもらいました。
印刷所のおばさんから、「これサンパね！(これ感じいいわねの意味)」と言われて、なんかウキウキでイラストを抱えて帰る私。おつかれさん〜♪
I was going to join the contest of illustration of Bologna Children’s Book Faire.
I had know the deadline of October imminent, but I did not check the application guidelines.
I had thought all right if drawn in a hurry if it is just one piece.
The guidelines found 10 days ago, “5 illustrations with completly story”… T_T
After the shock, I drew at a speed of 5 times. and this morning I went to the printer.
Female employees in the printer said me “C’est sympa ! (It’s nice !)”.
