こういう日の私の任務は、美味いお茶請けをご用意する事。 本日はLADUREEのmacaron(マカロン)。パリには美味しいマカロン数あれど、、、ピヴォの指定色のピンクに一番近いのがココのマカロン。
イチゴ、フランボワーズ、ローズ、にビオレット。 そのグラデーションは夢のように美しく、甘いお味はとろけるように優しく、、、ピヴォのピンクもそんな感じなり(takeo)
We had guests from a faraway countries Tokyo and Los Angeles.
It was a meaningful meeting for expanding a business network for both of us.

I prepare Macaron from LADUREE for today’s guests.
There are countless delicious Macaron in Paris but LADUREE’s Macaron has the closest specified pink color of PIVOT.
Strawberries, Framboise, rose and violet…
The gradation is beautiful like a dream. The tender sweet taste almost melt us.
