I can’t speak…　喋れへん、

I can’t speak French well is the usual tihng, However it is not possible to speak especially today.　
To tell you the truth, I did the excision operation of frenulum linguae(a thin belt under the tongue) this morning.
【Tongue Frenectomy】(The lisp) It was my longtime worry. Of course, the pronunciation of French & English is difficult for me…
My body can’t be relaxed because my tongue was always in the state of the tension.　
It is said that athletes or musicians can do their best performance when they are relaxed. I try to relax when I work but this tongue! is always the big obstacle for that.
I can’t wait to see the shift of my body! I hope that I will be a little bit more talkative, I guess that is another problem….:)

フランス語が上手く喋れないのは、いつもの事ですが、今日は特に喋れへん。　実は今朝、舌小帯という、舌の下方にある細い帯の切除手術をしました。【舌小帯短縮症】(平たく言えば舌足らず)でして、長い間悩みの種でした。　ﾌﾗﾝｽ語や英語の発音もそうですが、、、　舌が常に緊張状態にあるので、体をリラックスさせる事ができないようでした。　スポーツ選手でも音楽家でも、リラックス状態に最高の力が出せるという事らしいので、僕もなるべく力を抜いて仕事をする癖をつけていましたが、この舌だけが問題だった訳です。　これからの自分の体の変化を楽しみにしています。　もうちょっと饒舌になればいいなぁ～とは思いますが、まぁそれは別の問題ですね(笑)。
