Nuit des Musées　夜の博物館

Museums in Europe open from late afternoon to midnight for free tonight.They all go to museums.
I went to Musée des arts et métiers（industrial/technology museum).
It is founded in 1794, and is a storage of new(in those days) useful invention.
I thought there are many handiworks, but rather than that there are greasy exhibitions such as transportation, communication, energy, construction, material or machine rather than handiworks.
It was really rancid in the museum as well.

The closest station of this museum is worth to see as well as the museum itself.
It is made totally by brass! Very nice.

今夜はヨーロッパのミュージアムが、夕刻から深夜まで、無料開放の日。　あの人もこの人もミュージアムへ足を運びます。　私は普段行けそうで行けなかった”musée des arts et métiers”(工芸・技術博物館)を見学。
1794年の創立で、当時の”新しい便利な発明品の保管場所”です。　工芸品が多いんだろうと思っていましたが、　それよりは、交通、通信、エネルギー、建設、材料、資材、機械など、油くさい展示が多いです。　館内も相当に油くさい。　世界初の木製の計算機なども見る事ができます。　展示も然る事ながら、最寄駅の構内(写真右)が”総真鍮作り”で素敵です。
