Mr. M of Web designer came to meeting & We ate an ‘andouillette’ plate in the cafe. It’s traditional french sausage of the colon and the stomach of pig… that is cooked with spicy sauce(Because of smell :).
It’s not refined dish :) Commonalty taste or Labor taste…

ｳｪｳﾞ･ﾃﾞｻﾞｲﾅｰのＭさんがお昼に打ち合わせに来てくれたので、ｶﾌｪにて、’ｱﾝﾃﾞｩｲｴｯﾄ’をご馳走しました。 これは、ﾌﾞﾀの腸づめのソーセージ。 濃いめのｿｰｽにからめて食べます。(だって、ほどほどにｸｻｲから) まぁ～そんな上品な食べ物ではありません。 子供の頃からﾎﾙﾓﾝ焼きとか食べてたので、懐かしい味かな？ 庶民の味というか？ 労働階級の味というか？
定番料理で、ｶﾌｪ飯としては、何処でも食べれると思うので試してみてください。
ｳｪｳﾞと言えば、来年、某所で開かれるｲﾍﾞﾝﾄで講演orデモをする事になりました。 仏語でね。
