BRICOLAGE　大工仕事

“It is like a gallery” which is what most of people say about Le pivot.
So! we decide to have a monthly mini installation party. For this month’s party, I am middle of doing carpentry for exhibition.

Since I got induction of mechanic at high school, I am good at this kind of work.
I even got a license of weld and electric weld.
When I had a job interview at ASR corporation in Tokyo, Mr N, in charge of motion control camera at the time, was interested in the license of weld. It is the true story that that’s the reason why he hired me.
(I did not do that at the company after all though.)
True or not, actually the person who does weld also become numb.
If somebody wants to exhibit his work at Le pivot, please let me know!
The judgment is depends on my taste and prejudice!

「ピヴォは白くてギャラリーみたいね～」というのが、大抵のお客さんの第一印象。　という事で、月１回のペースで、インスタレーション＋ミニ・パーティー を開催する事になりました。
という事で、私は展示用の仕掛けをいろいろ大工仕事しています。
高校時代に機械工作機の手ほどきは受けたので、こういう仕事は得意な方。
ガス溶接と電気溶接の免許も高校で受かった！
東京の会社の面接の折に、当時モーションコントロールカメラ開発中のN氏が、溶接免許に興味を持って私を採用したのは本当の話。
（結局、会社では溶接はしなかったですけど、、、）電気溶接って、やってる本人もシビレるんですよ。
