We got 3 projects from beginning of Sep. Yop ! So I bought milk frother for congratulation myself. This makes people happy :) But the photo right isn’t a milk, it’s bean juice ! My wife take care our health :) We don’t have the stock of milk in the refrigerator.

９月の最初から、３本も仕事が入ったので、お祝いに欲しかったミルクの泡立て器を購入。これはみんなを幸せにしてくれますね〜。でもね、写真のはミルクではありません。豆乳です。うちの奥さんは健康に気をつかっているので、冷蔵庫にはミルクはストックしてません。
クリーミーに泡立てるコツは、表面ぎりぎりで回転させて、空気とからめることらしい。
