Dish which serves at Pivot’s party is always pink!
We don’t use any coloring and we quest for pink gradation with only the color from natural material.
New product for this time, “purple potato” with “mustard with cassis”.
We serve the chips with the pink mustard on it.
Another dish is named Pivot mousse!

ピヴォの宴に登場するお料理は、必ずピンク色。 着色料は使わず、素材そのままの色でピンクのグラデーションを追求する。
今回の新製品「紫芋のチップス」＋「カシス入りマスタード」。
チップスの上に少しマスタードを塗ってお出しする。
他にもピヴォ・ムースと命名された、ベトラーブ（ビーツ）と生クリーム＋アルファ（秘密のスパイス）でできたショッキング・ピンクのディップなどなど。
お腹の中からピンクに染まります。
