What makes Paris look like Paris?

High Performance Graphics(HPG) and Eurographics Symposium on Rendering(EGSR) are holding in Paris.
HPG is the leading international forum for performance-oriented graphics systems research including innovative algorithms, efficient implementations, and hardware architecture.
EGSR is an academic symposium in computer science or computer visualisation.
I had the opportunity to give a dinner with Mr. K who is speaker in EGSR. We were around the delicious chinese dishes :)
Now I am interested in real-time rendering and Interactive 3D. But I do not know anything about do not know what should I ask…

High Performance Graphics(HPG) と Eurographics Symposium on Rendering(EGSR)というフォーラムがパリで開催されています。HPGはパフォーマンス指向のグラフィックハードウェアアーキテクチャ(CPUやGPU)に関するアルゴリズムの開発みたいなフォーラムです。IntelやnVIDIAが参加協賛しています。EGSRはどちらかというとアカデミックなグラフィックやレンダリング技術のシンポジウムです。
今夜はEGSRの講演者のKさんと夕食をいただくチャンスを得た。明日の講演をいち早くカフェでレクチャー受けちゃいました。
今僕はリアルタイムのレンダリングやインタラクティヴ3Dに興味があるのだけれど、実際は、何を質問すればいいのか判らないくらい何も判っていないのだ。今日の良き日を機会に勉強してみよう。そろそろ夏だし！
